Our experienced coaches at DT1 CrossFit ensure that form and proper movement (versus just “going for it” in a workout with disregard for each person’s ability and current work capacity), we provide an extremely effective workout that’s SAFE. In working to achieve sustainable physical gains you will be challenged in the correct ways that gets you results properly. Don’t worry, you’ll absolutely sweat plenty and get in a great workout every time. Our coaches are trained to know when you can push a little further, and when we need to scale it back, so we encourage you to be mindful that safety is our TOP priority at all times at DT1 CrossFit.

We understand that busy schedules are one of the greatest obstacles people face when trying to improve their fitness levels. We would like to take the work out of finding a “workable schedule” for you.  The DT1 CrossFit schedule offers a large variety of classes with CrossFit certified trainers. Please see our schedule and join us before work, after work or while the kids are at school, to find your ideal you.

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. All DT1 CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the best movements for safe and effective progress for people of all physical makeups. Higher intensity is extremely helpful for results and is measurable as work divided by time—or power. The more exercise you are able to do in less time, or the higher the power output, the more intense the effort. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements, muscle confusion, and intensity lead to sustainable gains in physical fitness.
